I have been showing for 32 years and started working out with Laura from Fit-2-Ride about seven months to get ready for the 2014 show season. I show competitively in Working Cow Horse, Hunter Pleasure, and Western Pleasure. Last year I noticed after my Cow Horse rides I was out of breath or after my Hunt classes my legs would be a little fatigued.
